Eleanor spent 18 years with Northern Trust Corporation where she held pivotal roles including Head of Regulatory Risk Management, Chief Risk Officer APAC, Chief Operating Officer, Northern Trust Asset Management and Chief Climate and Sustainability Risk Officer. These positions involved overseeing regulatory affairs, driving operational excellence and leading change initiatives that delivered measurable commercial benefits in response to evolving regulatory frameworks 

Prior to Northern Trust Corporation, Eleanor spent ten years at JP Morgan managing client relationships in asset servicing across multiple jurisdictions.
