Sander has over 25 years of risk and control management experience across all three lines of defence which has been focused on Markets, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking activities. 

Sander is formerly the Regulatory Remediation Lead for IB Chief Control Office Deutsche Bank, and has held a number of senior roles across HSBC: CRO for GBM and CMB APAC, Global Head of Surveillance, COO for Global Markets France and APAC.
